Premier Plumbing is a licensed plumbing contractor specializing in the new construction of single-family homes throughout Southern California and Arizona. We believe in providing the best service to our clients and their prospective home buyers — through quality workmanship, outstanding communication, and a genuine commitment to customer care.
Maintaining open lines of communication with our clients is imperative. We aim to ensure that every homeowner has a superior functioning plumbing system in their home. After all, a home is arguably the most important and largest purchase of a person’s lifetime. Growing with the industry
While our roots are in single-family new construction, Premier Plumbing is actively expanding its capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the construction industry. We are growing our expertise into multi-family residential and commercial plumbing — bringing the same standards of quality and professionalism that have defined us for over forty years to larger and more complex projects.
This expansion reflects our commitment to being a long-term partner to our clients as their own projects and portfolios grow. Whether it’s a single-family home, a multi-family development, or a commercial build, our clients can expect the same level of care, communication, and craftsmanship on every job.
Our history
Premier Plumbing was founded in 1982 by Delbert (aka Butch) Reed and his wife Linda. After more than fifteen years of excellent service, Butch and Linda retired in 1998 and sold the company to Jeff Geiger and Tim Smith — two long-tenured Premier employees who were deeply committed to carrying the company’s values forward.
Jeff and Tim ran the company together for several years before Tim retired in 2001, presenting an opportunity for Jeff to purchase the remainder of the company and assume full ownership as CEO and President. His wife Dawn joined him as CFO, and together they led Premier through a sustained period of growth and continued excellence. Dawn stepped away from the business in 2021, and Jeff has since retired as well.
Today, Premier Plumbing is owned and led by Ryan Geiger — Jeff’s successor and the next chapter in the company’s story. Ryan carries forward the same dedication to quality and service that has defined Premier for over four decades.
